Overview
We are hiring a Digital Product Manager to own and optimise the end-to-end experience across our website and app — from product development to merchandising and organic discovery (SEO &amp; AI search).
This is a hybrid role combining product management, Shopify operations, and growth through organic channels. The ideal candidate views these as a connected ecosystem rather than separate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
<ul>
<li>Own the digital product roadmap for the website and app</li>
<li>Write clear feature requirements with acceptance criteria</li>
<li>Work closely with developers through sprint cycles (brief → QA)</li>
<li>Track feature performance and recommend improvements</li>
</ul>
Shopify Merchandising
<ul>
<li>Manage Search &amp; Discovery (synonyms, boosting, pinned results, etc.)</li>
<li>Optimise PLP &amp; PDP pages, banners, filters, and collections</li>
<li>Ensure storefront is regularly audited and error-free</li>
<li>Manage product listings (tags, metadata, filters) before launch</li>
</ul>
SEO &amp; Organic Growth
<ul>
<li>Own on-page and technical SEO across product and collection pages</li>
<li>Manage URL structure, redirects, canonical tags, and filters</li>
<li>Build strategy to improve visibility on AI search platforms (Google SGE, ChatGPT, etc.)</li>
<li>Track organic performance and drive actionable insights</li>
<li>Align SEO efforts with paid marketing strategies</li>
</ul>
Must Have
<ul>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (collections, metafields, search tools)</li>
<li>Experience managing SEO for e-commerce platforms</li>
<li>Understanding of structured data and AI-based search</li>
<li>Ability to create clear and detailed product requirement documents</li>
<li>Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Shopify Analytics)</li>
<li>Strong ownership and execution mindset</li>
<li>Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.</li>
<li>Understanding of paid campaigns and UTM tracking</li>
<li>Basic technical debugging (DevTools)</li>
<li>Awareness of revenue impact (P&amp;L thinking)</li>
<li>Strong mix of strategic thinking and execution</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach</li>
<li>Focused on delivering quality outcomes, not just outputs</li>
