<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Finacle System Analyst (Loans and CASA Module)</b> with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the Finacle Loans ecosystem. This is a specialized role that bridges the gap between business requirements and the technical implementation of Infosys Finacle, a core banking solution.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have <b>deep functional expertise in Finacle Loans</b> and the entire loan lifecycle, with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and independently manage complex design and troubleshooting tasks.</p>
<h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3><b>Requirements Gathering &amp; Analysis</b></h3>
<ul>

<p>Engage with business units, risk, and legal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new loan products or enhancements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare <b>BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)</b> and <b>FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)</b>.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Solution Design</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Translate business requirements into <b>functional specifications</b> for the Finacle Loans module.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Map business processes to Finacle functionalities, design workflows, and recommend system configurations/customizations.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>System Configuration &amp; Implementation</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Configure Finacle Loans and CASA for new schemes, interest rates, repayment schedules, collateral management, and fee structures.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and operational guidelines.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Design and execute <b>test cases</b> for unit, SIT, and UAT phases.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead UAT activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and readiness for go-live.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Stakeholder Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Act as the <b>primary liaison</b> between business and technical/implementation teams.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and resolve functional/technical issues.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Documentation &amp; Training</b></h3>
<ul>

<p>Prepare comprehensive documentation such as process flows, user manuals, and training guides.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct end-user training for new functionalities.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Support &amp; Maintenance</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Provide post-implementation support for production issues, system upgrades, and change requests.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLAs.</p>
</li>

<h2><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h2>
<h3><b>Technical Skills</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p><b>Finacle Loans Expertise:</b> Deep functional knowledge in commercial and retail lending (origination, disbursement, repayment, closure).</p>
</li>
<li><b>Fincle CASA:</b> CASA life cycle.</li>
<li>
<p><b>Business Analysis:</b> Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Core Banking Knowledge:</b> Solid understanding of the&nbsp;<b>loan lifecycle</b> within core banking systems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Database Proficiency:</b> SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Testing Tools:</b> Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management/bug tracking tools.</p>

<h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2>

<p>Proven track record in <b>end-to-end loan lifecycle management</b> within Finacle.</p>
</li>

<p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.</p>
