<h2>Primary Title: Continuous Improvement Intern (Engineering)</h2>
<p><b>About the Opportunity</b><br>A hands-on role in the advanced manufacturing and operational excellence sector, supporting on-site continuous improvement across production, quality and supply chain functions in Australia. This internship exposes you to lean transformation, data-driven process improvement and Kaizen-led project delivery within a fast-paced engineering environment.</p>
<h3>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analysing process data to identify waste and performance gaps.</li>
<li>Develop process maps and value stream maps to document current-state workflows and propose targeted improvements.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and executing Kaizen events, 5S implementations and pilot improvements on the shop floor.</li>
<li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring defects or bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Prepare clear dashboards, dashboards and presentation-ready reports using Excel/BI tools to communicate results to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to support change implementation and sustainment activities.</li>

<li>Comfortable working in manufacturing/production environments and following site safety procedures.</li>
