You&nbsp;manage complex projects&nbsp;from inception through completion, working closely with all departments involved in delivering projects.&nbsp;</blockquote><blockquote> </blockquote><blockquote>You will work on:</blockquote><ul><li>Work with Sales and Account Managers to translate their client promise into detailed project plans.</li><li>Oversee progress daily across all projects in the company, working closely with delivery heads.</li><li>Take responsibility to ensure all projects are running on time.</li><li>Predict roadblocks and show stoppers internally (YUJ's project team) as well as externally (client team)&nbsp;</li><li>Build great relationships to get work done on both sides (YUJ and client)</li><li>Create and own a "weekly organization-wide report" to present the performance of resource efficiency, effort burn, deadlines, identified risk, and mitigation plan for all projects.</li><li>Work with the resource management group to coordinate staff and internal resource movements.</li><li>Conducting time-to-time critical project reviews with the management&nbsp;</li><li>Establish a project governance approach on all strategic projects.</li><li>Optimise and improve project management and oversee processes from time to time</li></ul><blockquote>You will love the role if you have:</blockquote><ul><li>5-8 years of&nbsp;in-depth project management&nbsp;experience.</li><li>Utilised and can demonstrate industry best practices, techniques, and standards of project management of your current work&nbsp;</li><li>Manage large, diverse, and remote teams ( design &amp; tech teams).</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification</li><li>Working experience with project management tools like Waterfall/Agile methods, Gantt charts, spreadsheets, and numbers for tracking.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills yet command over-seeing projects through life cycles and excellent analytical skills.</li><li>Proven ability to complete projects with time to spare compared to the timelines defined.</li></ul><blockquote>The YUJ advantage:</blockquote><blockquote> </blockquote><blockquote>YUJ Designs is a global design company committed to creating impact by design.
