<div>Job Title: Customer Service L2</div><div>Job Summary:</div><div>We are looking for Customer Service L2 representatives with excellent communication and English language skills to provide exceptional customer service support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support. The position requires working day shifts for females till 9 pm and rotational shifts for males.</div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Managing and updating customer information in the database</li><li>Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily</li><li>Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments or higher management as needed</li><li>Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations</li></ul><div>Requirements:</div><ul><li>Graduate from any field</li><li>Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude</li></ul><div>Additional Information:</div><ul><li>Day shifts for females till 9 pm and rotational shifts for males</li><li>One-time relocation bonus of INR 4000 for candidates relocating to Bengaluru who are eligible only if they are outside of a 100km radius from Bengaluru.
