If building 0 to 1 excites you and you want to work with a team of proven leaders, please reach out to us.&nbsp;</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></div><ul><li>1-3 years of industry experience in driving UX research at product teams.</li><li>Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for both generative and evaluative research.</li><li>Skilled in navigating cross-functional teams to facilitate research execution.</li><li>Excellent research execution skills including scoping, moderation, analysis, and synthesis.</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in storytelling with the ability to articulate insights into crisp, compelling narratives.</li></ul><div>.</div><div><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Identify and prioritize key questions from product, design, engineering, and product marketing teams.</li><li>Conduct practical and impactful research throughout the entire product cycle, from inception to completion and close the loop with feedback cycles</li><li>Collaborate with product and design teams on secondary research such as competitor analysis, benchmarking, etc</li><li>Use a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and surveys, to gather insights about customers.</li><li>Analyze both qualitative and quantitative results and convey relevant insights to appropriate stakeholders in an engaging and actionable manner.</li><li>Work closely with product teams to help implement insights.</li><li>Work closely with analytics and data science to develop a cohesive story about our product.</li><li>Facilitate teams to conduct weekly user connects and build a research culture within the organization.</li><li>Act as an internal champion for customer and product research.</li><li>Remain open to exploring new research methodologies and tools as required by projects.</li></ul><div><br></div>
