You clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences – internal and external.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Skills Required :</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs)&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">MBA from Tier 1 B schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable</li><li style="text-align: justify;">4 - 7 years of prior product experience</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience with solving problems at scale in consumer products and growth is preferred</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and business</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Should have independently led a product charter and defined its vision, strategy, and roadmap</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in driving product delivery from ideation to implementation is a must</li><li style="text-align: justify;">People management experience is a plus but not mandatory</li><li>Candidates should be highly motivated toward problem-solving in the Edtech domain for students, teachers, and parents.</li></ul><div><br></div>
