A leading global FMCG organization is expanding its operations in the UAE. With a diversified portfolio across multiple categories, the company is establishing a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This project will be one of the largest of its kind in the region and is expected to commence commercial production in early.
Role Purpose
As the HR Manager, you will be a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for establishing and managing the complete HR and administration function for the new facility. You will play a pivotal role in setting up HR processes, driving compliance, enabling a high-performance and inclusive culture, and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle for the site.
This role reports directly to the HR Lead – METAP.
Key Responsibilities

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Design and implement the organizational structure and recruitment strategy in line with site objectives.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Establish induction, training, and capability-building programs for all employees.</li>

Key Skills &amp; Knowledge

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization policies.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Demonstrated experience in both strategic HR and execution.</li>
