<h3><b>Job Summary</b></h3>
<p>We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven&nbsp;<b>Production Manager</b>&nbsp;to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess a strong background in production planning, team leadership, and process improvement. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output.</li>
<li>Develop and manage production schedules, resource planning, and workflow optimization.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across production units.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations.</li>
<li>Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Prepare and present production reports to senior management.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of&nbsp;<b>10 years</b>&nbsp;of experience in production management.</li>
<li><b>Fluency in Arabic</b>&nbsp;is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Preferred Experience:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Background in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li>
