·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exploit (IMP)initiative master plans at granular level by trade channel
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop initiative tool kits ( Localize for Principle led initiatives and develop for market led initiatives)
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own the development of in store salesfundamentals, POSM and concept sells
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop retail performance standards
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Customize solutions by customer, market and channels to support CBD
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CBD training and development on category and brands initiatives
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to the demand &amp; supply process
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own sales building blocks and business analysis
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Budget&nbsp; recommendation, planning and tracking
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive assessment and pricing analysis
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Heavily engaged with the principles in the initiative design
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own his/her assessment form (PEP) 
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own his/her scorecards
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own his/her MOL (Monthly operation letter)
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own his/her business, stewardship
