<h2><b>Position Summary</b></h2>
<p>The <b>Key Account Executive (KAE) – On-Premise</b> is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts in the HoReCa segment, which includes hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and leisure venues. This role focuses on driving revenue, building long-term customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies to maximize business potential within assigned accounts. The KAE will play a key role in ensuring the company’s products are well represented and consistently available in all key On-Premise locations.</p>

<h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3><b>1. Account Management &amp; Growth</b></h3>
<ul>

<p>Manage a portfolio of key On-Premise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business retention.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and implement detailed account plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to existing accounts, ensuring maximum penetration and profitability.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>2. Relationship Building</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within each key account.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment on business objectives.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all customer interactions reflect the company’s values and commitment to excellence.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>3. Strategic Planning &amp; Execution</b></h3>
<ul>

<p>Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product activations, and trade programs tailored for key accounts.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor account performance, sales results, and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>4. Market &amp; Competitive Intelligence</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Track competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging market trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide strategic insights to management to inform business decisions and support growth initiatives.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>5. Reporting &amp; Compliance</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and account performance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure full compliance with company policies, pricing agreements, and contractual terms.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h2><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>2–5 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or account development.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>FMCG, beverage, or On-Premise/HoReCa channel experience is preferred.</p>
</li>
</ul>
