<div><strong>As a Mechanical Technician in the oil terminal industry,</strong> you will maintain and repair mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable terminal operations. Your work will focus on pumps, valves, pipelines, and loading systems, supporting compliance and minimizing downtime.</div>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems, including compressors, pumps (positive displacement, centrifugal, diaphragm), drum filling equipment, HVAC, truck loading equipment, and fire-fighting systems.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain and inspect nitrogen generators, air receivers, dryers, and filters.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle pump sizing and selection based on operational requirements.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain and monitor pump performance, identifying areas for optimization.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of terminal pipelines, ensuring safe,&nbsp; efficient operation.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing on pipelines and hoses.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain, inspect, and repair fire-fighting equipment and systems, including pumps, hoses, and related infrastructure.</li>
<li>Perform regular tests and ensure the readiness of fire-fighting equipment for emergency situations.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain and repair HVAC systems throughout the admin building &amp; Operations building. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and related equipment.</li>
<li>Interpret P&amp;ID and PFD to troubleshoot mechanical systems and ensure all systems are following technical specifications.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide input into the design and operational optimization of mechanical systems based on P&amp;ID and PFD analysis.</li>
<li>Maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration systems used within terminal operations, ensuring they meet operational requirements and safety standards.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in the fabrication and construction of piping, structural works, and mechanical systems as required by maintenance or project teams.</li>
<li>Perform welding, cutting, and assembly of components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support the maintenance and operation of earthing and cathodic protection systems, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.</li>

<li>&nbsp;Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications to mechanical systems.</li>

<li>&nbsp;In-depth understanding of industrial safety practices and regulatory requirements.</li>

<div><b>Must Have&nbsp;</b></div>

<li>Diploma in <b>Mechanical Engineering</b> or a related technical discipline (mandatory).</li>
</ul>

<li><b>3–5 years</b> of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within oil terminals, petrochemical plants, or similar industrial environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;<b>pump systems</b>, <b>HVAC</b>, <b>fire-fighting systems</b>, and <b>pipeline testing</b>.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret&nbsp;<b>P&amp;ID and PFD diagrams</b> and perform troubleshooting.Experience with <b>industrial safety practices</b> and compliance standards.</li>
