Overview
Operate, maintain, and perform quality checks on assigned production line equipment to ensure PepsiCo products are manufactured within quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operate and monitor production line machines including:
<ul>
<li>Aseptic Krones Systems</li>
<li>Can Filling Lines</li>
<li>PET Bottle Filling Lines</li>
<li>Tetra Pak Packaging Machines</li>
<li>Blower, Processing, Filler, Shrink Wrapper, Palletizer, Depalletizer, Labeller, Packaging Units</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure high line efficiency and reduced downtime.</li>
<li>Conduct routine quality tests as per PepsiCo standards.</li>
<li>Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and quality records.</li>
<li>Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP protocols on the shop floor.</li>
<li>Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth production operations.</li>
</ul>
Must Have
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Line Technician in FMCG manufacturing.</li>
<li>Hands‑on expertise in operating:
<ul>
<li>Aseptic Krones machines</li>
<li>Can fillers</li>
<li>PET Bottle lines</li>
<li>Tetra Pak filling systems</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Strong understanding of production line troubleshooting and line service operations.</li>
<li>Technical Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) OR Vocational Technical Education; B.Tech preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.</li>
<li>Good communication skills in English (written &amp; verbal).</li>
<li>Basic problem‑solving abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and maintain reliability.</li>
