Overview
One of our clients seeking a highly driven and creative&nbsp;Product Manager with strong experience in the Personal Care category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management—from concept to launch—ensuring product success in a competitive and fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy &amp; Planning
<ul>
<li>Develop product strategies and roadmaps for the personal care portfolio.</li>
<li>Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.</li>
<li>Define product positioning, pricing, and growth strategies.</li>
</ul>
Product Development
<ul>
<li>Work closely with R&amp;D, packaging, supply chain, and marketing teams to develop and refine products.</li>
<li>Oversee formulation development, packaging aesthetics, claims, and compliance.</li>
<li>Drive new product launches and ensure timely execution.</li>
</ul>
Brand &amp; Marketing Support
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to craft communication strategies.</li>
<li>Support digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns with product insights and USPs.</li>
<li>Monitor product performance and consumer feedback.</li>
</ul>
Sales &amp; Performance
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with sales teams to develop GTM strategies.</li>
<li>Track product performance, revenue, margins, and market share.</li>
<li>Lead SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Liaise with procurement, manufacturing, QA, and finance to ensure project alignment.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships and third-party manufacturers if required.</li>
</ul>
Must Have
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in the Personal Care industry (Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, Body Care, etc.).</li>
<li>MBA or Post-Graduation is mandatory.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of consumer behavior and category trends.</li>
<li>Excellent project management and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple launches and timelines.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of formulation, ingredients, and regulatory standards in personal care.</li>
<li>Experience with digital-first or D2C brands (preferred but not mandatory).</li>
<li>Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.</li>
