<h2>Role Overview:</h2>
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&amp;O) Functional Consultant</b> with strong expertise in <b>Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll modules</b>. The consultant will work closely with QT Project Managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to define requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure solutions, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing functional support. This role requires both <b>functional and techno-functional capabilities</b> to ensure successful implementation and support of business-critical processes.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<h3>Functional Consulting &amp; Implementation</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with QT PM, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and define business processes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Configure, customize, and deploy D365 F&amp;O modules with focus on <b>Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyze and optimize HR workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and offboarding.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure payroll systems are configured for accurate payroll processing, tax calculations, and compliance with local and international labor laws.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing end-user support.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage and document business and system processes using Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Support &amp; Operations</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Provide <b>onsite techno-functional support</b> for D365 F&amp;O applications to internal and external users.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage tickets via QT ticketing system, including logging, resolution, root cause analysis, and documentation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues and resolutions.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure quality testing, integration testing, and deployment of solutions in collaboration with vendors and L3 support.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and problems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Implement minor system changes, bug fixes, and enhancements as required.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Eliminate repeated incidents through corrective measures and process improvements.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Governance &amp; Compliance</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Control changes in the production environment to minimize service disruptions.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support capacity management, configuration management, and service delivery in line with ITIL and ERP governance practices.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure ERP implementation standards, security practices, and documentation are consistently applied.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h2>Basic Qualifications:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p><b>Minimum 4+ years of experience</b> with D365 F&amp;O / Dynamics AX implementation and support.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>At least <b>1 full life cycle implementation</b> of Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong experience in <b>Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll modules</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Procurement &amp; Sourcing, Payroll, and HR workflows.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in public or large enterprise environments.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodology, fit-gap analysis, testing, and deployment.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and documentation skills.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h2>Preferred Qualifications:</h2>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll certifications</b> (preferred, not mandatory).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>4–6 years of ERP implementation and support experience.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to process improvements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Project Accounting is an added advantage.</p>
</li>
</ul>
