Location: RLIC Start Date: 15-Oct-25 Duration: 3 months, extendable FAT: Negotiable
Position: Electrical / Instrument Inspector
Minimum Qualification:
<ul>
<li>
Electrical Engineering Diploma, or suitable equivalent plus Trade Certificates in Electrical and/or Instrumentation.
</li>
<li>
Minimum 8 years of working experience as inspection personnel for Oil &amp; Gas projects, 5 years of which must be in the onshore Gas Facilities sector, preferably in LNG.
</li>
<li>
Familiar with electrical and instrumentation specific codes and standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, NEMA, NETA, ATEX/IECEX-60079, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Experience in inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up, and commissioning of oil &amp; gas production facilities projects.
</li>
</ul>
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Implement QA/QC activities including those of Subcontractors’ Works in accordance with approved QCP / ITPs and procedures, method statements, and other contract documents.
</li>
<li>
Prepare and sign off applicable records for quality surveillance, inspections, and tests.
</li>
<li>
Ensure availability of appropriate versions of applicable work documents such as AFC.
</li>
<li>
Review and verify drawings, specifications, and international codes/standards.
</li>
<li>
Provide sufficient feedback to the Quality Manager/Engineer on day-to-day quality issues.
</li>
