<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <b>Data Quality Specialist (Arabic Speaker)</b> to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data quality management within <b>government sector institutions</b> or <b>environmental management contexts</b>, ensuring compliance with international data standards and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.</p>
<h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Develop, implement, and monitor data quality frameworks, policies, and procedures.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct regular data audits and validation processes to identify and resolve inconsistencies or inaccuracies.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data quality standards aligned with organizational objectives.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Implement data cleansing, enrichment, and governance tools to improve overall data reliability.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure compliance with <b>ISO 8000 Data Quality Standards</b> and other relevant regulations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare data quality reports, metrics, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide training and guidance on best practices in data management and data quality improvement.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects to maintain high data integrity.</p>

<h3><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p><b>Bachelor’s degree</b> in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>4–6 years of experience</b> in data quality management, preferably within <b>government</b> or <b>environmental management</b> sectors.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven experience in data auditing, profiling, cleansing, and governance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) – Associate Level</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Data Quality Certification Auditor (ISO 8000)</b> is mandatory.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication skills in <b>Arabic and English</b> (verbal and written).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and data visualization software is an advantage.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Preferred Attributes:</b></h3>

<p>Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management.</p>
