<h2><b>Role Summary</b></h2>
<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Business Analyst</b> with strong banking domain knowledge and hands-on experience in <b>BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network)</b> frameworks. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing process improvements, and ensuring alignment with global banking standards using BIAN service domains and architectural principles. The Business Analyst will work closely with enterprise architects, solution teams, and business stakeholders to support the bank’s target-state architecture and transformation initiatives.</p>
<h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3><b>Business Architecture &amp; Requirements Analysis</b></h3>
<ul>

<p>Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to define, document, and validate business capabilities and requirements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Utilize the <b>BIAN Service Landscape and Service Domains</b> to structure banking capabilities in line with industry standards.</p>

<p>Support the development and maintenance of key enterprise architecture artifacts, including:</p>

<p>Value Streams and Process Maps</p>

<p>Application and Data Architecture mappings</p>

<h3><b>Enterprise Architecture Support</b></h3>

<p>Perform <b>gap analysis</b> between current-state and target-state architectures, identifying dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Translate business requirements into <b>architecture-aligned functional and non-functional specifications</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure solution designs comply with enterprise architecture guidelines and the bank’s target architecture.</p>

<li>
<p>Contribute to <b>architecture governance</b>, ensuring project compliance with EA standards and BIAN frameworks.</p>

<h3><b>Regulatory, Risk &amp; Compliance Alignment</b></h3>

<p>Ensure alignment of business and technical solutions with <b>regulatory requirements</b> such as KYC, AML, Basel III, ISO standards, and internal risk frameworks.</p>

<p>Embed compliance considerations into requirements and architecture designs.</p>

<h3><b>Stakeholder Engagement</b></h3>

<p>Act as a key liaison between business units, architects, and technology delivery teams.</p>

<h2><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></h2>
<h3><b>Education</b></h3>

<p>Bachelor’s degree in <b>Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Master’s degree preferred.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Experience</b></h3>

<p>5–8 years of experience as a <b>Business Analyst</b> within banking or financial services.</p>

<p>Practical, hands-on experience with BIAN frameworks, including:</p>
