Job Title: Shipyard Accounts Analyst&nbsp;
Job Summary
The Shipyard Accounts Analyst will play a key role in managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting the overall financial performance of shipyard operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical skills, and prior experience in the shipyard or maritime industry.
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent certification.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or related financial roles.</li>
<li>Prior experience in the shipyard or maritime industry is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and accounting standards.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li>Background in project cost accounting or marine engineering financial processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of shipyard operational costing, budgeting, and contract billing.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.</li>
