Job Title: Admin cum Junior Accountant
Summary You will support day-to-day administrative operations and basic accounting tasks. The role requires accuracy, clear communication, and strong record-keeping skills while coordinating smoothly with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Key Duties

Manage reception responsibilities and overall office coordination
</li>

Prepare invoices, payment records, and basic financial documents
</li>

Record and update daily expenses
</li>
<li>
Maintain and reconcile petty cash
</li>
<li>
Monitor and track supplier accounts
</li>
<li>
Assist with month-end journal entries
</li>
<li>
Organize and maintain document filing systems
</li>
<li>
Follow up with vendors and clients regarding payments and queries
</li>

Provide reports and administrative support to management
</li>
<li>
Monitor and restock office supplies
</li>
<li>
Assist with basic HR tasks such as attendance tracking

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in Qatar

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
