Job Title: Specialist (EA)
Job Purpose Contributes and facilitate the Implementation of enterprise-wide architecture and processes that ensures that the strategic application of change is embedded in the management of the organization, ensuring buy-in of all stakeholders. Facilitate analysis of compliance between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities and technology directions, setting strategies, policies, standards, practices and KPI activities. Facilitates and participates in the creation and review of a systems capability strategy in order to meet the business strategic requirements.&nbsp;
Key Job Accountabilities
<ul>
<li>Independently design or refine architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional&nbsp;areas, using appropriate tools and methods.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate complex architectural ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences</li>
<li>Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for translation&nbsp;into detailed designs using selected services and products.</li>
<li>Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance,and scalability.</li>
<li>Demonstrate in-depth understanding of cloud and on-premise systems to create more robust&nbsp;and efficient specification.</li>
<li>Supports a change program or project through the preparation of technical plans and design principles&nbsp;that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards (including security).</li>
<li>Set standards and guide in quality reviews of solution architecture components.</li>
<li>Conducts formal reviews and evaluations when projects and program end. Documents and socializes the&nbsp;lessons learned from the architecture development.</li>
<li>Conducts and make useful contributions to technical brainstorming sessions.</li>
<li>Identifies R&amp;D topics and gain knowledge and understanding of the research field being studied and share&nbsp;it with team</li>

<li>Provides advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to those engaged in activities where the technical&nbsp;specialism is applicable both to IT staff and those in related areas such as budgetary and financial planning,&nbsp;litigation, legislation, and health and safety.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree level or holds a relevant professional&nbsp;qualification or relevant experience (typically at least 8 years) in a techno management IT and / or business architecture role with a widespread knowledge of IT.</li>
<li>May have a postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MBA, or&nbsp;other appropriate business, engineering, scientific or industry qualification.</li>
<li>Architecture qualification like TOGAF/ Zachman is mandatory.</li>
<li>Qualification on project management methodologies like PMP&nbsp;from PMI, Prince2 from BCS is desirable.</li>

Knowledge and Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum 8 years of experience in communicating with&nbsp;stakeholders at all levels, singly and in groups.</li>
<li>Experience with the systems development lifecycle and typical&nbsp;problems associated with the implementation and operation of information systems and has an appreciation of both functional&nbsp;and non-functional requirements.</li>
<li>Is aware of the IT infrastructure and software development and&nbsp;maintenance methods, tools and techniques.</li>
<li>Experience with the organization’s IT strategy, policies and&nbsp;standards, and any industry regulations/constraints.</li>
<li>Is aware of risk management, change management,&nbsp;configuration management, reliability and safety methods and the use of metrics.</li>
<li>Experience in setting and applying specific quality standards to all tasks undertaken to ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete.</li>
<li>Demonstrates high standards of professional behavior in&nbsp;dealings with clients, colleagues and staff.</li>
<li>Has in depth knowledge of more than one specific area and a&nbsp;broad understanding across a wide field along with a record of applying such knowledge successfully in a variety of situations. Possesses strong inter-personal skills, especially in handling contacts of all types and at all levels</li>
