Job Title: Wargaming Expert / SME (Military &amp; Strategy)
Job Description:
The Wargaming Expert will design, develop, and facilitate wargames, tabletop exercises (TTXs), and advanced simulations.
They are responsible for creating realistic scenarios that test strategies, assess risks, and improve decision-making under uncertainty for military or high-level corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead the design, planning, and execution of wargames (matrix, tabletop, computer-assisted) aligned with client objectives.</li>
<li>Act as a facilitator or "white cell" member during gaming events, guiding participants through complex scenarios.</li>
<li>Develop detailed, realistic scenarios, including threat modeling, adversary capabilities, and multi-domain operations (air, land, sea, space, cyber).</li>
<li>Analyze wargame outcomes, develop After Action Reports (AARs), and provide insights to senior leadership regarding strategy, logistics, and operational risks.</li>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise on military strategy, doctrine, and emerging trends to enhance game validity.</li>
<li>Utilize computer-based wargaming software and virtual simulations.</li>

Skills:

<li>Deep knowledge of military tactics, strategy, and joint warfighting.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and facilitation skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking/facilitation.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance (often required for DoD roles).</li>
