Job Title: Senior Quality Control Consultant&nbsp; &nbsp; Required Duties/Roles

<li>Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead quality assurance efforts across all systems and processes&nbsp; within the tax authority, ensuring high standards for both tax-related and broader organizational&nbsp; activities.</li>
<li>Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the&nbsp; functionality, performance, and security of systems across various departments.</li>
<li>Compliance and Standards Enforcement: Ensure all systems and processes comply with&nbsp; regulatory standards, internal policies, and quality benchmarks, maintaining consistent&nbsp; adherence to these requirements.</li>
<li>Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across the authority’s systems and&nbsp; processes, recommending changes that enhance quality, efficiency, and performance.</li>
<li>Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with different departments to implement quality&nbsp; assurance protocols that align with their specific operational needs.</li>
<li>Defect Tracking and Resolution: Lead the process of identifying, documenting, and resolving&nbsp; defects, ensuring timely fixes and consistent improvements.</li>
<li>Quality Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key quality metrics, reporting progress and&nbsp; issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing processes, defects, resolutions, and quality&nbsp; assurance practices for future reference.</li>
<li>Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to staff across the organization on quality&nbsp; assurance best practices and standards.</li>
<li>Risk and Impact Analysis: Assess the risk and impact of any system defects or process gaps,&nbsp; recommending preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.</li>
