Role Overview
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, virtualization)</li>
<li>Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues</li>
<li>Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate with vendors and technology partners</li>
<li>Support cloud and hybrid environments (e.g., Azure)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with security and governance policies</li>
<li>Provide L3 support and act as escalation point</li>
<li>Document infrastructure architecture and procedures</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of:</li>
<ul>
<li>Windows/Linux Server environments</li>
<li>Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)</li>
<li>Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)</li>
<li>Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools</li>
</ul>
Certifications (Preferred)
<ul>
<li>Microsoft Certified (Azure / Windows Server)</li>
<li>VMware (VCP)</li>
<li>Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)</li>
</ul>
Soft Skills
<ul>
<li>Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)</li>
