Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, stakeholder management experience, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and support end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities</li>
<li>Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates</li>
<li>Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders</li>
<li>Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution</li>
<li>Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with organizational and government project standards</li>
<li>Support budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement coordination</li>
<li>Track KPIs and generate project performance reports</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory</li>
<li>Proven local experience within Qatar, preferably with exposure to government sector projects</li>
<li>Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)</li>
