Job Title: Dynatrace Technical Support
Experience Level:&nbsp;2/+ Years.
Required Skills:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Experience in APM, preferably Dynatrace products and Cloud knowledge (MS Azure).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in the configuration and implementation of best practices and maintain Dynatrace environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to identify, und Responsible for an in-depth, technical understanding of the Dynatrace Digital Experience product (Real User Data, Session Replay, and Synthetic data), as well as Dynatrace Query Language.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for an in-depth, technical understanding of the Dynatrace Digital Experience product (Real User Data, Session Replay, and Synthetic data), as well as Dynatrace Query Language&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience investigating and performing deep analysis of technical product issues and cooperating with Development and Product Management teams to solve those issues &nbsp;</li>
<li>Constant drive to learn and train in new product features and technologies &nbsp;</li>
<li>Exchanging and sharing knowledge with other colleagues including suggestion of product improvements. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Programming, Web (HTML, XML, JavaScript), Java, .Net, Cloud and Microservices, Database, Linux, Networking&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge and skills in Software Intelligence and Observability solutions such as Dynatrace, Mobile Development, Application Security or Kubernetes would be a plus.</li>
