Job Title: Oracle APEX Developer (Arabic)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle APEX Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, data-driven web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). You will bridge the gap between complex database architecture and modern user interfaces, ensuring enterprise solutions are scalable, secure, and user-centric.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using Oracle APEX and Oracle Database.</li>
<li>Develop advanced SQL and PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers) to implement business logic.</li>
<li>Build and integrate RESTful Web Services using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) for seamless system connectivity.</li>
<li>Customize and enhance UI components using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 beyond standard APEX templates.</li>
<li>Optimize application performance through SQL tuning and efficient component design.</li>
<li>Implement robust security measures including authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications to ensure high availability and performance.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes following best practices.</li>

Technical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Oracle Stack: Strong proficiency in Oracle APEX (21.x/22.x/23.x+) and Oracle Database (19c/21c).</li>
<li>Programming Languages: Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.</li>
<li>Integration: Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data exchange.</li>
<li>Data Modeling: Solid understanding of relational database design, normalization, and indexing strategies.</li>
<li>Tools: Hands-on experience with SQL Developer, SQLcl, and Git-based version control systems.</li>
<li>Performance Optimization: Ability to tune queries and improve application responsiveness.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.</li>
<li>Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.</li>
<li>Knowledge of APEX plugins, dynamic actions, and custom components.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.</li>
<li>Understanding of security best practices in web and database applications.</li>
<li>Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.</li>
