Job Title: Junior Audit Analyst (Arabic Speaker – Government Experience Required)
Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Junior Audit Analyst with hands-on experience in Qatar and exposure to government or semi-government entities. The candidate will support audit engagements, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and governance frameworks. This role requires a certified professional with strong analytical capabilities and fluency in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of internal audit assignments in line with approved audit plans</li>
<li>Review financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with Qatar regulatory and government standards</li>
<li>Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements</li>
<li>Prepare high-quality audit documentation, working papers, and draft reports</li>
<li>Assist in communicating audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments and relevant government entities when required</li>
<li>Monitor and follow up on audit observations to ensure timely closure</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to audit methodologies, policies, and professional standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline</li>
<li>Minimum 1–3 years of experience within Qatar (mandatory)</li>
<li>Proven exposure to government or semi-government organizations (mandatory)</li>
<li>Professional certification is mandatory (ACCA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent – fully or partially qualified)</li>
<li>Good understanding of auditing standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies:

<li>Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail</li>
<li>Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills</li>
