Job Description: IT Project Coordinator 
<ul>
<li>Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA &nbsp;</li>
<li>Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing &nbsp;</li>
<li>Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system &nbsp;</li>
<li>Training experience &nbsp;</li>
<li>High-level knowledge of Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process &nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing Management regular reports &nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills, fluency with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots &nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards</li>
<li>Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.</li>
<li>Assist senior project managers for day-to-day activities</li>
<li>Manage small sized Projects</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department </li>
