Job Description – Audit Analyst / Audit Specialist
Position: Audit Analyst / Audit Specialist Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct internal and external audit activities across business and operational functions</li>
<li>Review compliance with regulatory, financial, and governance standards</li>
<li>Analyze audit findings, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions</li>
<li>Prepare audit reports, documentation, and presentations for management</li>
<li>Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance tracking</li>
<li>Support risk assessment and continuous process improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to government regulations and audit frameworks</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of internal controls, audit methodologies, and compliance standards</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and audit/reporting tools</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
</ul>
Experience Required
<ul>
<li>3–6 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or Governance</li>
<li>Mandatory local experience with government sector exposure</li>
<li>Experience handling regulatory audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities preferred</li>
</ul>
Mandatory Requirements

<li>Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)</li>
<li>Local experience with government exposure</li>
<li>Relevant audit/compliance certifications preferred</li>
</ul>
Preferred Certifications
<ul>
