Job Role: PMO Analyst / Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst / Specialist to support project governance, reporting, coordination, and PMO operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management practices, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and documentation within government or large enterprise environments.
Candidates with local market experience, government sector exposure, relevant certifications, and Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Support PMO governance, project tracking, and reporting activities</li>
<li>Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management</li>
<li>Monitor project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action trackers</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with PMO standards, policies, and processes</li>
<li>Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and project performance analysis</li>
<li>Support project audits, quality reviews, and governance reviews</li>
<li>Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous process improvement</li>
<li>Facilitate communication between business and technical teams</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field</li>
<li>3–8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management support</li>
<li>Strong experience working in government, semi-government, or regulated environments</li>
<li>Local market experience is mandatory</li>
<li>Arabic speaking skills are preferred/mandatory</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, governance, and reporting practices</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously</li>
</ul>
Preferred Certifications
<ul>
<li>PMP (Project Management Professional)</li>
<li>PRINCE2 Certification</li>
<li>PMI-PMOCP or related PMO certifications</li>
<li>Agile / Scrum Certifications</li>
<li>ITIL Certification</li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience

<li>Government sector exposure</li>
<li>Experience in enterprise transformation or digital projects</li>
