Position Title: Planning Senior Analyst / Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Planning Senior Analyst / Specialist to support strategic planning, performance management, operational planning, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and coordination skills, with experience working on government or large-scale projects. The role requires the ability to manage planning activities, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic insights to support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead and support strategic and operational planning activities.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain planning frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures.</li>
<li>Analyze business performance, forecasts, risks, and resource allocation plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and planning documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, milestones, and planning deliverables.</li>
<li>Support governance, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government regulations.</li>
<li>Support management in decision-making through accurate planning insights and reporting.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in planning, reporting, performance management, or PMO-related functions.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple planning activities and deadlines effectively.</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Mandatory local experience with government exposure.</li>
<li>Arabic Speaker preferred/mandatory.</li>
<li>Relevant professional certifications are preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working with government entities or large transformation programs is highly preferred.</li>
<li>PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar certifications will be an advantage.</li>
</ul>
Experience Required
<ul>
<li>5–8 years of relevant experience in planning, strategic planning, PMO, performance management, or operational planning.</li>
<li>Experience in government, semi-government, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Proven experience handling reporting, KPI tracking, planning coordination, and executive reporting activities.</li>
