Job Title: Techno Functional HRMS - Oracle EBS&nbsp; (Arabic Speaker)
Job Responsibilities
To conduct workshops with requestors to capture requirements, prepare analysis reports and provide the best IT solutions and design.
<ul>
<li>To analyze the business requirements and automate the procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To do process re-engineering based on the automation study.</li>
<li>To plan and estimate duration of the effort needed of new features, components or modifications to an existing application.</li>
<li>To design gap analysis and build a strong test scenarios case upon environment.</li>
<li>To design &amp; implement business applications through tools mentioned below.</li>
<li>To be experienced in JDeveloper tool, oracle form \ report builder and creating new workflows in AME.</li>
<li>To deliver Analysis studies &amp; make recommendations regarding possible IT interventions.</li>
<li>To perform programming tasks according to the project plan and functional specifications.</li>
<li>To maintain relationship with key users (super users) and ensure proper use of the system by those users.</li>
<li>Test and apply new features in development and test environment then applying them to production.</li>
<li>Engage in testing other applications.</li>
<li>To Lead / manage end-user training sessions in the run up to go-live.</li>
<li>Daily monitoring and maintenance for the following modules: (Self Service / HRMS / Payroll / I-Recruitment / OLM).</li>
<li>Following up SR if raised.</li>
<li>To document all tasks performed from project origination to user manual.&nbsp;</li>
<li>system administration background is preferable</li>
</ul>
Special Skills
<ul>
<li>Certificates in Oracle Development HRMS/ SS Track.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Solutions (Self Service / HRMS modules).</li>
<li>To have a strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Self Service / HRMS / Payroll / I-Recruitment / OLM / Appraisal).</li>
<li>system administration background is preferable</li>
<li>Powerful trainer with ability to explain complex concepts using everyday examples.</li>
<li>Good at writing reports and follow-up.</li>
<li>Workshop facilitation skills / Presentation Skills.</li>
<li>Good communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum Qualification: BSc. Computer Science or Equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum Work Experience: At least 8 years in Applications Development&nbsp;</li>
<li>Arabic speakers is a preferable</li>
