Job Title: Business Analyst - Consultant 
Job Profile / Summary:&nbsp;
Education / Experience Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.</li>
<li>Should have a minimum of continuous 5 or more years of experience in ‘Finastra EQUATION’ Core Banking System, support, and implementation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Reviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and preparing the Function Specification for development and/or test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.</li>
<li>Business process analysis and mapping.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understanding of Systems integration with Core Banking systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>In-depth experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions.</li>
<li>Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and document changes to business specifications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Actively participate in meetings which aim to assess performance as well as the department’s overall performance on a regular basis.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Answer questions about applications for all team members, as well as internal and external customers.</li>

Required Skills:

<li>In-depth and high competence in ‘Finastra EQUATION’ Core Banking System&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Team work and integration with reporting hierarchy. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Customer service oriented.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability perform under pressure and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and Vendor contacts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Planning and organizing ability.&nbsp;</li>
