<h1>Trainee - Logistics (Contract Employee, 3rd Party Payroll)</h1>

<h2>Qualifications and Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Basic commercial qualification B. Com; M. Com preferred</li>
<li>Fresher or 2-3 years of relevant Logistics work experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of daily dispatch, custom clearance, imports &amp; exports, arrangement of transport vehicles for daily dispatch, transaction negotiation, forwarding agency coordination for safe material deliveries to the end customer</li>
<li>Fresher with commerce background &amp; added courses on Logistics or EXIM policy can also be considered for this position</li>
</ul>

<h2>Detail Job Profile:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Execute daily packing &amp; dispatch schedule</li>
<li>Prepare manual packing list as requested, including spares demarcation for customer identification</li>
<li>Monitor outsourced packing agencies for quality and cost effectiveness</li>
<li>Coordinate with different forwarding agencies for timely dispatches</li>
<li>Maintain records related to inwards and outwards logistics, both physically and in ERP system</li>
<li>Prepare dispatch documents and follow up with forwarding agencies for timely delivery</li>
<li>Monitor packing and logistics costs and support Logistics Manager for MIS reporting</li>
<li>Coordinate with Production &amp; Sales teams for special project requirements related to packing, labeling, packing list, staggered dispatch at multiple sites, etc.</li>
<li>Track logistics damages and implement improvement measures</li>
<li>Manage all customs statutory requirements and clearances for imports from GBN/NCS and exports to Indian subcontinent customers</li>
