<p>Arch Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the growth of the PDU/IPDU department in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will:</p>

<li>Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in data center business and consultant product knowledge about PDU and IPDU</li>
<li>Be responsible for business development activities, including working with OEMs, Channel Partners, etc.</li>
<li>Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections</li>
<li>Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels</li>
<li>Meet with existing and potential clients to build positive relationships</li>
<li>Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies</li>
<li>Prepare financial projections and sales targets</li>
<li>Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences</li>
<li>Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings</li>
<li>Produce reports for management</li>
<li>Train business developers and sales colleagues</li>
<li>Work in a client’s business or in an office</li>
<li>Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain</li>
<li>Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients</li>
