The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce testing, automation, and functional testing</strong>&nbsp;methodologies.&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute&nbsp;<strong>test plans, test cases, and test scripts</strong>&nbsp;for Salesforce applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct&nbsp;<strong>functional, regression, integration, and performance testing</strong>&nbsp;on Salesforce applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track&nbsp;<strong>defects and issues</strong>&nbsp;using standard QA tools.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with&nbsp;<strong>developers and stakeholders</strong>&nbsp;to ensure high-quality deliverables.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Implement and maintain&nbsp;<strong>automated testing</strong>&nbsp;for Salesforce applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Validate&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce configurations, workflows, and security settings</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in&nbsp;<strong>requirement analysis</strong>&nbsp;and provide&nbsp;<strong>QA insights</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with&nbsp;<strong>best practices</strong>&nbsp;for software quality and testing methodologies.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Technical Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce architecture, security, and data model</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce testing tools</strong>, including&nbsp;<strong>Selenium, Provar, or other automation frameworks</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience in&nbsp;<strong>API testing using Postman</strong>&nbsp;or similar tools.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce declarative automation testing</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>Agile development processes</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li><strong>Bachelor's degree in computer science</strong>, IT, or a related field.&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>3 to 6 years</strong>&nbsp;of experience in&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce QA/testing</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>Salesforce QA Certifications</strong>&nbsp;are a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven experience in&nbsp;<strong>manual and automated testing</strong>&nbsp;of Salesforce applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>test case management tools</strong>&nbsp;like JIRA, TestRail, etc.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</div>
<ul>
<li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communities</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>CI/CD tools</strong>&nbsp;for test automation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exposure to&nbsp;<strong>performance testing</strong>&nbsp;and security testing.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
