<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are looking for a proactive Legal &amp; Compliance Administrator to manage contracts, compliance, and governance processes across the organization.</p>
<p><b>Qualification &amp; Experience:</b> Any graduate if LLB then better with 2.5–5 years of experience; experience in solar or infrastructure sectors preferred, corporate/government background mandatory.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage EPC, PPA, Cleaning, and I&amp;C agreements end-to-end.</li>
<li>Maintain version control, manage NDA renewals, and ensure proper documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external legal counsel for complex drafting and negotiations.</li>
<li>Conduct basic due diligence on clients and vendors.</li>
<li>Monitor statutory compliance and maintain compliance registers.</li>
<li>Prepare reports for management and support audits.</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings and assist in commercial negotiations.</li>
<li>Maintain organized digital and physical legal records.</li>
<li>Act as the single point of contact for legal and compliance matters across teams.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills &amp; Competencies</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance frameworks, and renewable energy regulations.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret key clauses, support negotiations, and represent commercial interests.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
