The location could be Ahmedabad / Pune / Remote.</span></div><div><br></div><h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What you will be doing</span></h3><ul><li>Design Operations initiatives to optimize the way design projects are executed and managed.</li><li>Building and mentoring a competitive team which is capable of delivering international quality work.</li><li>Work with a team, delegation of work, mentoring and direction.</li><li>Defining visual language for products based on their brand language</li><li>Designing design system guidelines for the product to be used across the entire product and various platforms like web and mobile</li><li>To add delight to products by designing elements like icons, illustrations, animation, etc. based on the product visual language</li><li>Consult various designers internally for the visual design direction of the products they might be designing</li></ul><div><br></div><h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Must Haves</span></h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience, not including schooling.</li><li>A degree from a design school or equivalent experience</li><li>Excellent communicator.
