<h3>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze SAP requirements.</li>
<li>Design, develop, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain SAP objects including BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, ALV, SmartForms, and AdobeForms.</li>
<li>Perform performance tuning, code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective measures within SLAs.</li>
<li>Document technical specifications, adhere to coding standards, and mentor junior ABAP developers.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3>
<p><b>Must-Have</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience in ECC or S/4HANA environments.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency with procedural and object-oriented ABAP programming.</li>
<li>Experience building ALV reports, SmartForms, AdobeForms, BAPIs, IDocs, and RFC interfaces.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in performance tuning, debugging, and code optimization.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Git or similar version control and unit testing frameworks.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in Agile teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP enhancements—CDS Views, AMDP, BOPF.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development and SAP Gateway OData services.</li>
<li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, transport management, and DevOps practices.</li>
<li>Understanding of integration with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.</li>
<li>Certification in SAP ABAP or related specialty areas.</li>
<li>Proven track record of remote collaboration across distributed teams.</li>
