CTC will be up to 5.50 LPA Max.</div><div><br></div><ul><li>Responsible for coaching and developing new DO/DRMs during 0-45 days</li><li>Graduation must with excellent Communication Skills.</li><li>Follow daily , weekly rhythm as defined along with new DO/DRMs</li><li>Responsible ensuring success of new DO/DRMs in terms of their targets</li><li>Update competency score card of DO/DRMs and ensure they are above the benchmark competency scores</li><li>Demonstrate digital sales and customer handling to new DO/DRMs</li><li>Conduct Individual and Group Coaching sessions on daily and weekly basis</li><li>Ensure new DO/DRMs are positively engaged and motivated to deliver expected results</li><li>Ensure quality parameters are adhered</li></ul><div><br></div>
