Salary up to 4.20 LPA</strong></div><div><br></div><div><span class="ql-cursor">﻿</span>Candidate should have Inbound customer service, ecommerce process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 Year.</div><div><br></div><div>Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations.</div><div><br></div><div>Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.</div><div><br></div><div>Excellent communication skill.</div><div><br></div><div>Shift: Day Shift</div><div>Week off : Two rotational weekly off.</div><div><br></div>
