<div>Role Description</div><div><br></div><div> Planning and Implementing Dialer Campaigns across the organization.</div><div> Tracking and publishing campaign reports for various departments.</div><div> Analysing dialer data and generating insights for improving communication</div><div>efficiency.</div><div> Continuously engage with operation &amp;amp; other functions in the organization to</div><div>improving, calling and tracking mechanisms.</div><div> Responsible for supporting quality and operations related MIS &amp;amp; Analytics.</div><div> Strong Knowledge on Dialer operation related activity.</div><div> Responsible to highlighting abnormalities &amp;amp; fixing issues attributes we are looking</div><div>for.</div><div> Preferred 2+ year demonstrated leadership experience. Must have experience&nbsp;</div><div>Managing a stressful and ever changing environment.</div><div> Knowledge of CRM, dialer, Database, Dialer functionality &amp;amp; Analytics tool.</div><div> Communicates clearly in verbal and written formats. Ability to set attainable goals</div><div> Good analytical skills (ability to read MIS and take real time action).</div><div> Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across Business units.</div><div> Ability to get on the ground be part of functional teams.</div><div> Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding Solutions</div><div>from the same.</div><ul><li> Should be proficient in MS Excel.</li></ul>
