<div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Providing technical support for SAP systems run on AWS</li><li>Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution</li><li>Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions</li><li>On projects supporting the build and migration of SAP systems on AWS</li><li>Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer’s requirements</li><li>Providing out of hours support cover when scheduled to the support rota</li><li>Deploying Lemongrass tooling to support the automation of basis and infrastructure activities</li><li>QualificationsMinimum of 5 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components</li><li>Experience with SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration.</li><li>Hands on experience in supporting customer SAP systems and/or implementing and/or migrating SAP systems preferably to AWS</li><li>Experience in SAP Installation, SAP Sizing, SAP Backup and Recovery, SAP Basis Monitoring, SAP Patch Management, Router Configuration, SAP Kernal Administration</li><li>Experience in working in multiple customer environments each directly for the customer or as a 3rd party provider</li><li>Excellent English language written and oral communication skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team</li><li>Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.</li></ul><div><br></div>
