<h2>Overview:</h2><div>The Project Manager Tech plays a crucial role, overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of technology projects within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that technology projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.</div><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to closure</li><li>Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, and timelines</li><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects</li><li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget</li><li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li><li>Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques</li><li>Report and escalate to management as needed</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs</li><li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques</li><li>Conduct regular meetings to ensure effective communication within the team and stakeholders</li><li>Provide leadership and support to project team members</li><li>Evaluate and assess project results to identify areas for improvement</li><li>Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project success</li><li>Adhere to relevant policies, processes, and methodologies</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mangement or related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment</li><li>Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies</li><li>Experience in managing complex technical projects</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and software</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles</li><li>Experience in technical requirements gathering and documentation</li><li>Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build positive relationships</li></ul>
