<div>Job Description:-</div><blockquote>● Work with all levels of business stakeholders to understand current processes and challenges, new initiatives and propose operationally sound solutions to improve business processes in meeting requirements.</blockquote><blockquote>● Translate high-level customer/business requirements into technical specifications and work with development teams and/or vendors to deliver cost effective and efficient solutions.</blockquote><blockquote>● Liaise with PMO, IT Infrastructure, Product and Engineering teams in project delivery, quality assurance through testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.</blockquote><blockquote>● Provide technical and/or domain advice and expertise to improve and drive quality in Software Development Life Cycle phases, including Testing and Release Management.</blockquote><blockquote>● Provide support to audit exercises and work with stakeholders to&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;address audit findings.</blockquote><blockquote>● Deliver accurate cost and effort estimates for the design and develop&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;phase in partnership with the business analysts, PMO, subject matter&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;experts and solution providers for complex projects.</blockquote><blockquote>● Assist Head of Solutions in strategic planning for system architect and&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;business processes to support business growth and transformation.</blockquote><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Requirements:-</strong></div><blockquote><br></blockquote><blockquote>● Preferable 6-8 years of related working experience in solution design and architecture, implementing and maintaining IT systems</blockquote><blockquote>● Domain knowledge with at least 5 years of working experience in Telco IT systems will be desired</blockquote><blockquote>● Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and written/verbal communication skills</blockquote><blockquote>● Meticulous at analysis/design documentation</blockquote><blockquote>● Pro-active, independent, resourceful, able to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision</blockquote><blockquote>● Positive disposition with ability to work well with all functional levels within the organization</blockquote><blockquote>● Minimum business travel to regional countries is expected</blockquote><div><br></div>
