Tech with minimum 3-4-years of relevant</div><div>experience</div><div><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></div><div> CAD Cable routing by working with cross functional engineers like Mechanical, Electrical,</div><div>Manufacturing, etc. using Creo Cable routing module</div><div> Prepare and participate in design reviews</div><div> Supports manufacturing by documenting and releasing engineering drawings &amp;amp; bills of materials</div><div>using Engineering Change Management</div><div> Provides resolution to design and documentation quality issues, Problem Reports / Supplier Build</div><div>issues.</div><div><strong>Mandatory Skills required to performing the job:</strong></div><div> 4+ years of working experience in Creo Cabling Routing module to route cables using. nwf logical</div><div>file from Zuken and create flattening and 1:1 harness drawing in CREO</div><div> Well versed with interpretation of mechanical drawings/specifications and electrical schematics</div><div> Working knowledge in OEM Component selection (connectors, back shells etc.), design standards</div><div>and BoM (Bill of Material) Management.</div><div> Proficiency in essentials of Harness routing from DFX, AC/DC isolation, Reliability (use of strain</div><div>relief etc.), Components compatibility validations perspective.</div><div><strong>Desirable Skills:</strong></div><div> Experience with documentation standards and Engineering Change Management processes.</div><div> Knowledge of PDM and PLM system like Team center and SAP PLM</div><div> Should have good communication skills (written &amp;amp; verbal) and presentation skill</div><div> Experience with large assemblies routing from semiconductor equipment industry/Medical</div><div>equipment/Aerospace etc</div>
