<div><strong>Job Description Summary -</strong></div><div>Candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the Java Springboot based</div><div>applications &amp;amp; services. Candidate must have hands-on knowledge of following skills:</div><div><br></div><div> 7 or more years of professional experience in Spring, Springboot, Spring MVC, Java</div><div>Collection framework, Microservices, OOPS and Multithreading Concepts</div><div> Hands on experience in Algorithms and Data Structures</div><div> Working knowledge of JUnit, Maven &amp; Jenkins.</div><div> Experience with Micro Services, RESTful Web Services using Springboot</div><div> Knowledge and experience on Big Data, SQL, including SELECT / UPDATE</div><div>statements, aggregate functions, table joins, indexes etc.,</div><div> Design Microservices, Conceptual Models, Sequence and Class Diagrams</div><div> Participate in design and code reviews with external vendors and ensure that code</div><div>quality metrics are adhered to.</div><div> Assist in ensuring NFRs are met and availability metrics are adhered to.</div><div> Experienced working in Agile Development Environment and cope with the speed of</div><div>scrum process.</div><div> Should have strong analytical thinking, be a self-driven individual to face challenges</div><div>and work with unknowns in fixing elusive bugs in Micro Services, SOA architecture.</div><div> Traits to take ownership of the components and deliver work end to end, including</div><div>designing, development, release and bug-fixing.</div><div> Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with various teams.</div><div>Candidate will report to the Principal Architect.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Accountabilities -</div><div>The candidate will be accountable for the following applications</div><div>1. Java Springboot based Micro services framework development</div><div>2. Integrations between different systems via IBM MQ or Kafka.</div><div><br></div><div>Mandatory Skills -</div><div>1. Experience with Java Springboot development framework.</div><div>2. Experience in handling critical issues in production environment and resolution.</div><div><br></div><div>Desirable skills -</div><div>1. API gateway integration, API security and API performance benchmarking</div><div>2. Big Data and NoSQL understanding based on Cassandra, MongoDB</div><div>3. Working / conceptual knowledge of Kafka, Zookeeper and docker.</div><div>4. Experience with configuration management and source control systems (Jenkins,</div><div>Ansible, Chef, Puppet, GIT, SVN)</div><div>5. Working knowledge of Unix including the usage common Unix/Linux commands.</div>
