<div><strong>Experience – </strong>Minimum 6+ years </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Description</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>This role will help drive creation, execution, and optimization of automated marketing programs  through a deep understanding of the technical requirements</li><li>Will require 1-2 years of hands-on work with Braze, and preferred background in other ecosystem tools</li><li>(e.g. mParticle)</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications<span class="ql-cursor">﻿</span></strong></div><ul><li>Required is 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Braze</li><li>Preferred is several years of marketing automation and technology experience, understanding key components of marketing technology stacks, such as with mParticle (or Segment, Tealium AS, etc.)</li><li>Experience crafting and implementing integrated marketing communications primarily leveraging email/push, with a successful track record of measurable results</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross-functional teams</li><li>Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment leveraging tools such as Confluence and Jira to optimize operational efficiency, with proven success in organizational skills</li><li>Strong track record demonstrating ability to critically examine issues/obstacles and logically approach the correct solutions involving complicated adtech/martech implementations</li><li>Highly organized self-starter with ability to manage tasks independently</li><li>Front end development experience is a plus but not a requirement</li></ul>
