<div>Responsibilities:</div><div><br></div><div>•&nbsp;Own the end to end Salesforce&nbsp;release&nbsp;management process and be the SPOC for all&nbsp;release&nbsp;management queries, issues, processes</div><div>•&nbsp;Manage change control process for agile development and&nbsp;releases across multiple teams</div><div>•&nbsp;Work with Salesforce development teams to merge code and resolve all merge &amp; deployment errors</div><div>•&nbsp;Define &amp; manage&nbsp;release&nbsp;process to successfully deliver continuous agile deliveries by multiple teams</div><div>•&nbsp;Manage non production sandbox environments for continuous integration and deployments, refreshing &amp; synchronising sandbox environments</div><div>•&nbsp;Communicate&nbsp;release&nbsp;details, impacts and timelines to technology and business teams.</div><div>•&nbsp;Report progress, risks, issues and mitigations to all stakeholders</div><div>•&nbsp;Improve the existing&nbsp;release&nbsp;management processes by introducing better&nbsp;releasemanagement practices, tools and automations</div><div>•&nbsp;Track application dependencies that affect the&nbsp;release&nbsp;schedule</div><div>•&nbsp;Train teams and stakeholders on the&nbsp;release&nbsp;management process and create documentation for processes.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Qualifications:</div><div>•&nbsp;12+ years of experience in working on Salesforce projects as&nbsp;release&nbsp;manager</div><div>•&nbsp;Expertise&nbsp;release&nbsp;management tools &amp; concepts – (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT preferred)</div><div>•&nbsp;Experience in automation of Salesforce&nbsp;release&nbsp;processes using industry standard CI/CD tools</div><div>•&nbsp;Experience in integrating DevOps pipeline with code quality tools CodeScan, SonarQube</div>
